Bluepencil are preparing a planning application for North of Lowestoft Garden Village

Following the production of the masterplan and framework plans for this site we are now delighted to be preparing the Outline Planning application for this important site in east Suffolk.

Beach huts on the beautiful Lowestoft coastline

This is a major strategic development north of Lowestoft in Suffolk. It will provide much needed housing, commercial space and associated infrastructure for this part of the county. In addition, a 17 hectare area of natural green space will be provided to encourage people to enjoy the area within their neighbourhood and relieve pressure on the coastal paths and statutory designated conservation sites.

The Public Consultation on our earlier masterplan is still live and will be updated as the outline application progresses.
