A unique house on a unique site is now completed after a very interesting procurement route.

The detailed planning application for this house in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty was prepared by Bluepencil with planning consultants Andrew Martin Planning. The site was then purchased and the design refined and built by the present owner.
