Bluepencil are Preparing a Detailed Planning Application in Chipping Ongar

This will be the fifth site in the Epping Forest District for which we have prepared a planning application within the last two years!

This application is being prepared for City & Country with Landscape architects, Liz Lake Associates.

We are holding a public exhibition in the next few weeks to ask local residents and stakeholders for their feedback. This follows the successful adoption of the Design Framework Document for the site as SPG earlier in the year.

The proposal includes 70 new homes of various sizes and tenure, all designed in a tradtional style to sit comfortably within this beautiful, historic town. The site benefits from a number of mature trees and hedgerows. The layout is a landscape led proposal which retains the trees and makes a unique asset of the long distance views out of the site to the south.
