Looking for a wife!

This little house is near Hastings. It was too good to pass by and it was a beautiful day, so I stopped the car, got out and started drawing.

I had almost finished when the front door opened and a man stepped out to ask what I was up to. I explained that I was an architect working on a residential development nearby and thought that his house was very attractive. 

He told me that the house was indeed lovely but it needed a 'woman's touch’, and although he was 95, he was still looking for a wife if I was interested!
