The college required new student accommodation which would be funded by the housing for sale. The rent received from the affordable housing would fund the ongoing maintenance of the listed building and its extensive grounds.

Our data linked masterplanning enabled the client to analyse a number of different layouts in order to arrive at the most advantageous solution for the college. Detailed analysis work of the surrounding area supported the successful design proposals.
