[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=".vc_custom_1610630794603{padding-bottom: 10px !important;}"] Client Innasol   Task Preparation of a Detailed Planning Application [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text] Role Architect [/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height="20px"][vc_column_text]The challenge was to design and achieve planning consent for a new oak-framed barn and to convert a stable block into office space on a prominent site just outside Maldon in Essex.   The new barn is adjacent to a listed building and the stable block is part of the barn’s listed environs.
