Aylesbury Vale Council Planning Committee approved our application for a proposed new development of 400 new homes, a neighbourhood centre, commercial buildings, a care home, and extensive landscape around a designated ancient monument, set within the beautiful Vale of Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire.
Working for Inland Homes Plc, Bluepencil Designs produced the 3d data linked model, sections and 3d views, all based on a framework plan by Metropolis, with highway consultants Vectos and planning consultants Nexus.
